Dell goes into a private company

Computer giant Dell has recently announced that the company will move to the private sector, after more than two decades in American markets.


Founder and chief executive Michael Dell, and the investment firm Silver Lake, offered $ 24.4 billion, or $ 13.65 per share.

Michael Dell shares invididuali became more numerous in the company he founded, taking full 14 percent of the company, investors and others will be called 'minor investors'. z.Dell remains chief executive of the company.

Sony introduces PS4

Waiting for fans of PlayStation's got almost an end. The company has introduced giant Sony PlayStation 4 on Wednesday, rotating platform for games.
